MSLA teamed with architect Harry Wolf to design courtyards for a 298-unit apartment development located 25 miles northwest of Los Angeles. The distinctive courtyards not only provide expected amenities, but also establish environments that are fun, memorable and seductive for those in the entertainment industry. Amenities include an outdoor movie lounge, an oversized dining table and bar and a plunge swimming pool and spa nestled within a date palm grove. The checkered grass courtyard gives residents and guests a place to socialize, bathe in the sun, and entertain at night.
