360 Market Street is a 23 story mixed-use high rise condo project, designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, in downtown San Jose. The landscape design’s most striking feature is a fifth floor roof deck that features a lap pool, iconic California planting and a flexible lawn. Functional air vents for the parking lot below are integrated into an elegant arcing trellis that acts as a filter between more public gathering spaces, lawn and private gardens. The streetscape design along Market Street and First Street incorporates city master planning standards yet provides a distinct entry to the complex at the lobby.
