Prototype housing for senior couple with guest or couple with toddler. A small carbon footprint. Houses contain Solar with Passive Collection, Rainwater Harvesting. Central heat generation with radiant heat floors Grounds per House: Greenhouse Frame, Organic Farmland and Garden with Composting, Entry Pavilion holds Facilities for Large Gatherings, Main Mechanical Functions and Shop.
